West's new album, 808s and heartbreak, is much darker than his past albums. Influenced by many factors, notably his huge jump to fame off his Graduation album (topping 50's sales), the death of his mother, and breakup with ex-fiance and a major influence in West's style, Alexis Phifer, who West has been on and off with since 2002. Nutty Nutter has been threatening to close down public institutions for his once beloved citizens. It is true we are in hard times, but closing down libraries is definitely not the key to pull our city out of this deficit; it just makes no sense. They can cut government salaries, stop racketeering, stop spending tax money on "business trips", borrow from the Fed; Instead they target the portion of Philadelphians who have no voting power. Its a shame we have guys like Fumo representing our city. Philadelphia shall overcome and be prosperous; hopefully the Feds will acknowledge Nutter's recent request fo dolla billz.
